Happy Birthday Julia!

Julia turned 4!

The kids had fun jumping, climbing, bouncing and sliding at her party.

Birthday Blitz

February was a month of birthdays!

The boys jumped in the bounce house and played in the igloo at Brody's Winter "One"-derland birthday.

They played Kinect, rode horses and wore princess shoes at Harper's 2nd birthday bash.

They watched a scientist, made potions and

ate cotton candy at Brayden's 3rd birthday.

They had pizza and played games at Noah, Luke & Olivia's birthday.

and ate way too many cupcakes!

Preschool Playground & Painting

Their preschool just finished construction on this indoor playground a few weeks ago. The kids have been loving it! It's a great way for them to get energy out when it's too cold to go outside. One day a teacher pulled me aside and said one of her kids (the younger ones) got stuck climbing up and Tyler was very sweet to him and helped him get up.

Waiting for Lucas on stage gave us a chance to see Tyler painting with shaving cream.

His masterpiece. He put several T's on his picture. He loves finding letters in his name on signs everywhere.

Lucas's Stage Debut

Lucas's class was on stage for the first time Tuesday & Thursday this week.

Lucas got to hold the Bible for the Pledge to the Bible on Tuesday and the flag for the Pledge to the Flag on Thursday.

He had a lot of fun up there!

Major Leagues

Tyler found these baseball helmets at Target and the boys did not want to take them off. Maybe they have a future with the Cardinals?

Playing with Their Big "Brother"

Brian participates in the Big Brother/Big Sister program. His little brother is such a great kid. Brian does things with him alone but he also spends time doing things with our family. The boys absolutely A-D-O-R-E him and once even had a fight over whose side he gets out on in the car. He's like a celebrity to the boys.

Pool Shark

We spent the morning at my grandparents but somehow I forgot to take pictures with them. I did get this picture of Tyler playing at their pool table which he is so obsessed with. The boys were wearing superhero shirts that day and only wanted to be called Spiderman (Tyler) and Batman (Lucas). If you used their names they would correct you, "I batman!"

Finally Outside Again

We've spent as much time outside as we can during the nice weather. Tyler was so excited he could ride his new big wheel that Santa brought him. When he got it for Christmas his feet didn't quite reach the pedals but he's grown enough in the past two months to reach now.

Looks like Lucas needs to work on his golf game. We should probably start with the proper way to hold the club.

Happy 'B'alentine's Day!

Since we are both super impatient we decided to find out the gender early and went to the Ultrasound Zone right when I was turning 16 weeks rather than waiting until 2o weeks at my regular OB.

I asked Tyler that morning if he wanted a brother or sister and he said, "We will just have to see whatever Jesus brings us." But when the tech said it was a boy he told her, "No, I want a baby sister" but he was over it pretty quickly.

He currently weighs about 3 ounces and is 5 inches long.

Guess What?!
